BS-BS started as an endeavor on the part of 3 young volunteers and ever since the spirit of volunteerism has been an underlying lifeline of the organization. Volunteerism for us does not mean the mere addition of human resource to aid our work. To us, our volunteers are a repository of energy, creativity and commitment.

At BS-BS we believe it is possible for each individual to contribute in her or his unique way. Contributions of time and talent are just as important as financial contributions. We, thus, encourage people to contribute their time by making a conscious effort in participating in our programs to accelerate social and economic change in our country. It doesn’t matter whether you are a student or someone from the corporate world or a sportsman or a socialite or a writer or someone with special skills. What matters to us is that you have the zeal, the passion to bring a change. We want the belief that you have the power to change.
